Cost

U-M Online Includes

• E-mail. An e-mail mailbox with up to 2 gigabyte of storage space.
• Uniqname and UMICH password. You use these to log into your U-M Online services.
• Login service. You can use the Unix programs on the ITCS Login Service, including Pine for e-mail.
• U-M Online Directory. You can update your entry in the directory and can create e-mail groups.
• Online file storage space. Your home directory in IFS is backed up daily for you. You have 10 gigabytes of space, which is accessible via mFile.
• Help from the ITCS consultants. You can call the ITCS consultants at 734-647-MICH (or 734-647-6424) or send e-mail to them at umol.help@umich.edu. You can also get help from the ITCS Accounts Office at 734-764-8000 or toll-free at 888-UMONLIN (that is, 888-866-6546)
• Blue Disc. Software to help you use your U-M Online services and anti-virus software for Windows users.

Additional Services

• Additional IFS space is available for $1.00 per gigabyte per month. To request additional IFS space, please contact the ITCS Accounts Office at 764-8000, Option 3.
