You should transfer email and files that you want to save to another account

Your email mailbox will be deleted
Your U-M Online email mailbox—and all the messages in it— will be permanently deleted six months after you cancel your U-M Online subscription. This does not apply to U-M retirees; retirees can keep their U-M email mailbox for life.
