Sign up online if you already have a uniqname and UMICH password. You will be prompted to log in to use the form. If you have forgotten your password, please phone the ITCS Accounts Office at 734-764-8000 or toll-free at 888-UMONLIN (888-866-6546) to have it reset.
Alumni can go to the U-M Alumni Association web page to create a uniqname and UMICH password. Once you have your uniqname, you can sign up for U-M Online via the web.
Others can print the subscription form (it is a PDF file that you download to your computer), fill it out, and mail or fax it to us. The address and fax number are listed on the form. If you need us to mail a copy of the form to you, please phone the ITCS Accounts Office at 734-764-8000 or toll-free at 888-UMONLIN (888-866-6546).
Note that we will need to speak to you in person or on the phone to complete your application. On the form, please include a phone number where we can reach you during business hours, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST.
